Welcome to the Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Course.
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a growing and continuous problem in today’s workforce. This course is designed to help employers clearly define sexual harassment in the workplace, help employees identify it, and assist with reporting it.
After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:
・Discuss the laws under the Civil Rights Act 1964 as it relates varying types of sexual harassmentIdentify what sexual harassment is in the workplace
・Define who can be affected by sexual harassment
・Learn employee and employer responsibilities when reporting
